An Island Love Story

As a tourism professional, Daniela saw how little meaningful, well-rounded travel information about Trinidad existed online compared with many other destinations in the region and wanted to help create a platform that shows the island with more depth, care, and context.

At the heart of the project is also Wally, the editor and local voice behind much of its cultural insight. Deeply knowledgeable about Trinidad and passionate about its festivals, traditions, and everyday life, he brings the kind of on-the-ground perspective no guidebook can replicate. Together, they aim to present Trinidad through culture, food, nature, and people — not as a polished image, but as a living, complex, and deeply rewarding place to discover.
